Chumpon, Pathio District, Thailand 🇹🇭
The best Market at Chumphon หลาดเล "Lat Le" or "Talat Thale" in a fishing village .. Thais are too lazy to pronounce long .. so they shortened it to Lat Le
A long pier or whatever it is called .. a road that goes into the sea and there are a lot of traps with all kinds of tasty food on it ..
The freshest seafood 🦞, which can be eaten right there on the arranged tables of the outdoor restaurant or right on the spread mat..
❤️ Amazingly delicious “ho mok thale” - a mixture of seafood, spices, coconut cream - that's it, like a kebab kebab impaled on a Lemongrass skewer and baked on coals ... Awesome!!! Pleasure price 10 baht
❤️ Traditional drinks - infusions of healthy herbs and berries.. they are poured either into a glass from a bamboo knee or into a modern container
I have a rosehip decoction
❤️ old dessert appetizer ข้าวเกรียบปากหม้อ Khao Krieb Pak Mo” - in the thinnest dough, minced pork, nuts, heaps of spices, etc. are wrapped in steam (an old dish from royal cuisine)
❤️ Green sweet and sour mango, cut into slices and placed vertically in a glass, so that it would be convenient to dip each slice in a delicious spicy sauce of sweet fish sauce, fried shallots, cane sugar and chili pepper 🌶
Believe it or not, it's really delicious!
❤️ And for the road - old Thai ice cream ..
Sweet syrup is mixed with water and poured into metal flasks. cold from it.. thus not connected to electricity)
With constant rotation of the inner pan, the ice does not stick together into a lump and melts slowly .. it turns out an excellent refrigerator!
I love Thailand 🇹🇭 ❤️
