- Fermented pork ribs, fried and served with a bunch of goodies - lime, shallots, chili peppers, nuts, ginger - all cut into small pieces, then put all these pieces into an edible leaf of the Chaplu tree (they wrap the leaf like an envelope), and into your mouth

Simply a vitamin explosion in your mouth 👍👍👍

- spicy, thick soup, in a fiery pot "Ken Som" the word Som (orange in Thai) but in this case it means sour!

Something like solyanka.. with shrimp, with an omelet cut into squares with Cha Om (young shoots of Asian acacia) and a gorgeous, delicious thick broth, spicy-sour-sweet taste + a bunch of spices
